Annette has a Graduate Diploma in Human Services (Counselling) at Curtin University and a Graduate Certificate in Career Education at Edith Cowan University. She has completed the Professional Development Certificate in Workplace Coaching through Sydney University Coaching Psychology Unit with Dr Tony Grant.
She is President of the WA Division of The Australian Association of Career Counsellors.
Annette has 13 years experience in the Career Management Industry specialising in Career Counselling and Career Redirection, Outplacement, Change Management and Workplace Coaching for professionals at all stages of their career development journey.
Annette has developed a Career Counselling and Workplace Coaching business that is based on Solution Focused Theory and takes a Coaching approach that focuses on Self Assessment and Behavioural Change. Annette delivers Career Management, Job Search and Counselling Skills workshop presentations to individuals and groups in the Employment and Education industries.
Annette’s passion lies in counselling individuals from students to senior executives in guided discovery exercises to reveal their ideal career path. Annette’s professional insight instils courage and confidence in effecting any consequent change to client’s careers and lives.
In the past Annette has been responsible for delivering Career Management programs and managing a successful outplacement operation. Annette previously worked for 6 years as Manager of the Athlete Career and Education Program at both the Australian and Western Australian Institutes of Sport.
