Nick Greenhalgh - Founder & Director

With 14 years of international senior management experience in the Human Resources sector, Nick founded Career Innovations in Sydney in 2002. Now well established with a blue-chip client base in both Australia and the Asia Pacific Region.

Originally from the UK, Nick has an MBA from a leading London Business School and has studied with Professor Anthony Grant at the Coaching Psychology Unit at the University of Sydney.

He is accredited in Myers Briggs and the Lominger Leadership Architect. Constantly expanding and developing in his field, Nick is currently studying for a Masters in Psychology and Coaching at the University of Sydney.

He has a strong track record in delivering results and at 26, Nick became National Sales & Marketing Manager for a telecommunications manufacturer and went on to become Director of a listed company by the age of 30. During his eight-year directorship he built revenues to more than $60M per annum employing 340 people. His blue chip client base included Nortel, British Airways, Unisys and British Telecom.

In Australia he has been employed at senior management level with two of the country's largest HR Consultancies.

Nick has a strong interest in sports, especially athletics, swimming and team sports. He has completed seven marathons, including London, Paris and Berlin and regularly plays tennis.

He currently holds Directorships with Career Innovations and the Innovate Group.
